Jebco Agencies was formed in 1985 by Jim Brown and Howard McMillan. In 1992 they merged with Kelly and Webb agency expanding their line card and territory coverage. Now with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon, Jebco was able to service four distinct regions, Northwest Ontario, Manitoba, Southern Saskatchewan and Northern Saskatchewan.
In 2008 Grant Schmidt joined the team and a few years later became a partner. In 2014 Howie McMillan retired and Dave Kelly assumed the president and principal role. In early 2025 Mike Chowen joined the team and in early 2026 assumed the role of president as Dave Kelly retired.
